Talking to the client and getting a grasp of what they are trying to accomplish. Initial thoughts on the possible solution.

Constant Communication with the Client
Providing up to date information for the client to address and respond to, with their input and requirements.
Process Previews and Online Demonstrations
Providing live project status, and project reviews. Client access to enable faster response time between updates.
Package Content & Project Migration
Complete package compilation, printing ( if required ) and online migration. Online migration occurs during “off-time” working hours, resulting in no delays in normal working routines.
Maintenance, Upgrades & Backup Packages
Maintenance and upgrades are performed on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Backups are performed in a 2 tier procedure. Monthly or Bi-Weekly, depending on the type of package preferred.
